FAQ

Before you buy.

Is this a monthly subscription?
No. A Writrex licence is paid once a year. You bring your own AI API key, so the only other cost is what your AI provider charges for what you use.
What happens when my licence expires?
Nothing you have published is touched. Pages, posts, products and media stay exactly where they are. Renew from your account to keep your plan's features and plugin updates.
Can I move my licence to another site?
Yes. Each licence covers a set number of sites. Deactivate a site from Writrex → Settings → Licence or from your account, and the slot is free to use elsewhere.
Can I upgrade to a bigger plan later?
Yes. Upgrade from your account when you need more sites or features. Your existing licence key keeps working.
What is the refund policy?
14 days from purchase, as long as the licence key has not been activated on any site. The free plugin lets you test first, so activated licences can't be refunded. Read the full refund policy.
Can I try Writrex before buying?
